Keeping Abortion Legal
In America we have always preached the act of freedom of speech, and free will but yet we still feel it’s necessary to tell a women when and how to have a baby. Having a baby should always be the woman’s choice. No man no woman should have the right to step in and make that decision for her. How can someone who knows nothing of your past or present struggles tell you, you have no choice but to have this baby why, because abortion is now illegal, how would you feel? Abortion is the act of terminating a fetus within your first 28 weeks of pregnancy. The issue revolving should abortion be legal or illegal has been on ongoing headache for centuries now. There are two types of an abortion, a medical abortion which consists of the woman taking a set of pills within her first 9 weeks of pregnancy which cause the baby to be terminated after taking the second set of pills 24 hours after the first set. And the second method is a surgical procedure which is done during the woman first trimester or the second trimester of pregnancy and the woman under goes heavy sudation and the baby is surgically removed. With any surgical procedures not just abortions the woman is being put at high risk of being exposed to complications and infections, also with an abortion the baby may not be removed completely causing her to either have complications after the surgery or having a deformed baby after taking the pill and the pills not completely killing the fetus.
To band abortion does not necessarily mean that women are going to stop having them; it is only going to cause more problems with women health risks and cause more women to end up breaking the law in order to have one. Abortion has always been looked upon as bad whether it having to do with your religion or your moral beliefs, the world has always shunned any woman who would kill her unborn child. But has the world stopped to see an abortion from the woman’s point of view. Has the world even taken into consideration that an abortion may be necessary for the woman due to a high risk
