Community is very important and has many factors like kinship, unity, and identity. Community helps society because it creates solutions, provides security and reveals dedication. It discovers truthfulness. Communities are part of everyday life and have positive affects on its members. Communities can be found everywhere and can be created anywhere. You may be unaware of it, but you are part of a community not only based on your location, but also based on your lifestyle, your religion, your heritage, your education, or your abilities. Learning more about yourself lets you know who you really are. Knowing who you are lets you become more confident and poised. Being part of a community lets you realize who you are and gives you identity. The more you work in a community, the more your sense of identity strengthens. A city council is a community because it teaches identity. It also is unified by the member’s addresses. Since all the members are from the same city, they all have that in common. A council of any type is to make solutions for common problems. Creating these solutions is good for the city’s society including the council’s members. As a member of a team, there are responsibilities and expectations one must rise to. A team is a community. Trusting your teammates to do their own job should provide a sense of security. You shouldn’t be afraid of getting blocked because the defense will do their job and cover you. Working as a team is definitely unifying. Everyone works together to earn another point. If one thing doesn’t work, teammates will help each other to find a solution to make it work.
